Free of mercury & antibiotics, NEW/SCHOOL SALMON™ has the same amount of Omega 3’s as salmon, and packed with protein. By providing the same key nutritional benefits, this is a plant-based option that finally deserves your attention

What's in it?

We’ve kept it simple and clean-label, just the way you’d expect it. NEW/SCHOOL SALMON™ is made from:

• Water
• Potato protein
• DHA & EPA Algal Oils, Ahiflower Oil, Sunflower Oil
• Seaweed Extract (Agar, Sodium Alginate)

Less than 2% of: Natural flavours, Natural Colours (Lycopene, Paprika), Salt, Chlorella, Gum Arabic, Locust Bean Gum

How do you cook it?

Cook for 12-15 min at 425°F to a min. internal temp of 185°F / 85°C in thickest portion.
Rest for 5 minutes before enjoying!
