Free of mercury, micro-plastics & antibiotics, NEW/SCHOOL SALMON™ has the same amount of Omega 3’s, and is packed with protein. By providing the same nutritional benefits as salmon, we’re here to bring you over to the NEW/SCHOOL.

Our flavours are lovingly crafted using ingredients right from the ocean, giving you a delicate, oceanic and buttery taste.

Cook it just like salmon, and you’ll see our filet transform from raw to cooked right in front of your eyes, providing a familiar cooking experience. The white lines melt upon cooking, like fat layers in your favourite protein, allowing layers the flake apart and break into muscle fibers, providing an authentic textural experience.

NEW/SCHOOL SALMON™ contains:

Water, Potato protein, DHA & EPA Algal Oils,
Ahiflower Oil, Sunflower Oil, Agar, and Sodium Alginate.
With less than 2% of Natural flavours, Natural Colours (Lycopene from Tomatoes, Paprika),
Salt, Chlorella, Gum Arabic, Locust Bean Gum.
